INFINITYEC LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, Pay-Per-Click advertising, social media management, content creation, and web design ("Services").
The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the creative assets (logos, content, designs) specifically created for your project.
INFINITYEC LLC retains the right to use the work for portfolio and self-promotional purposes. All background technology, software, and pre-existing materials remain the property of INFINITYEC LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFINITYEC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in the six months preceding the specific claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
